Maximum Statement Piece: Mini Bags

One of the first steps towards living a minimal lifestyle is downsizing, compartmentalizing, and adopting a mindset of less is more. Downsizing does not mean downgrading, but rather placing an emphasis on necessities.

Economics 101

Diminishing marginal utility states that the more of a good you buy the less satisfying it is. More consumption means less satisfaction, it probably explains why people love bite-sized snacks!

Mini bags are the perfect way to narrow down what you need on a day-to-day basis, I mean there’s only so much you can fit inside a mini bag! but that’s what makes it great. And if you become a master at compartmentalized you will find yourself having just enough room for the things you need.

Designers such as Dolce&Gabbana during their Spring/Summer 2017 fashion show sent models down the runway with mini bags and clutches with a boxy style as well as more feminine styles with fun prints, embellishments, and bag charms. Mini bags may be small but they can make a huge statement.

Know yourself and know your lifestyle. Preference is knowing what works for you because you are a maximizer. How do you know you’ve made the best decision with your money? You wouldn’t change anything if you had to do it all over again.
